learning at Park
ON TO HIGH SCHOOLSWhen students graduate from Park Day, they leave with a strong sense of who they are and what they can contribute to the world. They’re known for their strong academic foundation, ability to solve complex problems, to work collaboratively and effectively in groups, and for their leadership and activism.
We have a very successful and involved process that helps our students and their families through the admissions process. The terrific part of this process is watching each student and his or her family explore which of the many options are the best match for the student academically and socially with of course, the realities of family finances in mind. The many variables make this process exciting as wellas incredibly challenging. If you'd like to learn more about it, please contact Ray Wilson our Middle School Coordinator.
Our eighth graders from the Classes of 2010-2012 have proceeded with grace and should feel very proud that they are spreading out to 26 wonderful high school programs in the Bay Area and beyond. This number is significant, particularly when talking about adolescents, as this demonstrates the fact that these students have chosen the right school for them rather than going where their friends go! We wish them great success and thank them for their strength, courage and wisdom throughout this process.
