Home Application Checklist
Park Day School uses the Ravenna platform to collect inquiries and manage the application process. Submit an inquiry form to send your information to Park Day School and register for a school tour or Open House. Submit an application, or register for student assessments and interviews through Ravenna.
Confirm age eligibility – Transitional Kindergarten is open to students turning 4 by Sept. 1, 2026 and those turning 5 during summer 2026.
Inquire, visit campus, and decide whether you’d like to apply!
Submit Preliminary Application – due Dec 1 for current families, and no later than Jan 16 for the wider community ($65 from Sept – Dec 8; $100 through Feb; $130 thereafter)
Submit Parent Guardian Statement Form – due Dec 8 for current families, and no later than Jan 19 for the wider community
Teacher Recommendation Form – due Jan 23 (delegate to your teacher through Ravenna)
Schedule Student Visit: Dates available on Ravenna
Indexed Tuition applications are due Dec 1 for current families; Jan 16 for the wider community (optional)

Park Day School is not accepting applications for 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year.
