Class of 2026 – A Message from the Head of School

A Message from the Head of School

Dear Graduating Class of 2026,

It has been a true privilege to witness your intellectual, creative, and emotional growth during your time here. Each of you has contributed something essential to our community, and as you step forward into high school, I want to recognize not only your accomplishments but also your character.

You already embody the purpose of Park Day School’s ambitious mission to prepare students to be informed, courageous, and compassionate people who shape a more equitable and sustainable world. You’ve spoken up, shown care for one another, led with curiosity and compassion, and held fast to what’s right. In a time when fear and division seek to take root, you’ve helped nurture inclusion, equity, and justice.

As you leave our campus today as an alum, carry that strength with you everywhere you go. Let your empathy and courage be your guide. Be the kind of learner, leader, and human being this world deeply needs. And remember that you always have a home here.

We are so proud of you. Congratulations, Class of 2026. Keep showing up, keep speaking out, and keep building the world we all deserve.

With love, pride, and resolve,
Angela Taylor (she/her)
Head of School
