Park Day Sumer Camp

Register for Summer 2025 Park Day Summer Camp through CampBrain. New families will need to create an account.

Register using your child’s rising grade (the grade they will be in during the 2025-2026 school year). Here’s a how-to-register guide if you’re new to CampBrain.

• Rising 1st – 6th graders, Happy Heron “graduates” & CITs – Weeks of July 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug 4

Rising Kindergarten Families: The week of June 23-27 includes a special camp for our rising Kindergartners at Happy Heron Camp. Register your child for this 9am – 12pm program and they will experience a taste of Kindergarten with the Park Day Kinder team!

Our program focuses on joyful learning and kindergarten readiness. Through engaging games, hands-on activities, and language-rich adventures, we nurture cognitive, social, and motor skills. In our supportive environment, your child will explore, express themselves, and build confidence. Join us for an adventure where every day brings new discoveries and prepares your child for kindergarten success!

By securing your child’s spot for summer camp with a March or April registration you may choose a convenient payment option for your family,  either a single upfront payment or three monthly installments due in April,, May, and June. All payments are due by Tuesday, June 20.

• Happy Herons Rising Kinder Camp is $295.
• Full Day Park Day Summer Camp is $590/week session with before care, extended care, lunch, and two snacks all included.
• CIT Program is $490/week.

Full refunds will be issued for any cancellations occurring at least two months before the start date of camp.

• 50% refund for cancellations received more than one month prior to the start date of camp.
• NO REFUND for cancellations received less than one month before camp begins.
• Registration fees are non-transferable between participants.
• If the camp is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• In the case of a natural disaster that affects our ability to host any session of camp, we will first search for an alternative host site. If no alternate sites can be found, we will issue full refunds.

Discounts/Indexed Tuition

Anyone who pays 25% or less on the tuition indexed scale (as determined by 24-25 school year or 25-26 enrollment contract), receives a 10% discount.

Welcome to Early Bird Care, starting at 8:30 am! This morning session offers a warm beginning to the camp day, with no advance registration needed. Just check in to camp and enjoy outdoor play options, structured free play, and an easy transition into our Movement, Makers, and Art programming.

Experience the enchantment of Park Day Summer Camp as children begin their day with our distinctive blend of Movement, Makers, and Arts classes. From exploring the fundamentals of various sports to engaging in inventive tinkering and artistic expression, Park Day Summer Camp offers a unique opportunity for kids to build skills, forge friendships, and create lasting memories. Each week, campers will partake in a rotation of these enriching activities, allowing them to explore the diverse facets of Movement, Maker, and Arts!

The adventure begins in the late afternoon! Campers are granted the freedom to choose their own adventure, exploring different offerings and engaging in unstructured play. This unique opportunity at the end of the day allows children to unwind, socialize, and immerse themselves in activities of their choice.

This convenient afternoon extended care session offers an easy transition for families with scheduling needs. With no advance registration required, let your kiddo stay with us for a blend of outdoor play options and structured activities, providing a smooth wind-down for students.

• Drop-Off Time: 8:30AM – 9:00 AM-Feel free to drop your kiddos off during this time to use our Early Bird Morning Care option which is free of charge. We ask that you park on 42nd Street and enter through the pedestrian gate. Please walk your kiddo to the Pavillion to check in with one of our summer camp staff members at the check-in cart!
• Pick-Up Time: 5:30PM-Parents/guardians are to pick up their kids at the Pavillion and check out with a PDS summer camp staff member.  As with drop-off, please park on 42nd Street and enter through the pedestrian gate to pick up your child.  If you need to pick up earlier in the afternoon, please let us know via email and we can have your student ready to go for your arrival.
• Procedure: Parents/guardians are required to sign in and sign out their children each day. Please have a photo ID ready during pick-up for security purposes. If someone other than a parent/guardian will be picking up your child, please notify us through email in advance and ensure they have proper identification.
