Park Day Summer Camp

Register for Summer 2024 Park Day Summer Camp through CampBrain. New families will need to create an account.

Register using your child’s rising grade (the grade they will be in during the 2024-2025 school year). Here’s a how-to-register guide if you’re new to CampBrain.

• Rising Kindergarteners – Week of July 8
• Rising 1st – 6th graders – Weeks of July 8, 15, 22, 29, Aug 5

During Summer 2024, Camp is only open to Park Day families enrolled in the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years. We anticipate that Park Day Summer Camp will be open to all in the summer of 2025.

Summer camp registration will be billed through Smart Tuition and all billing will post on April 30.

• Happy Herons Rising Kinder Camp is $285.
• Park Day Summer Camp for rising 1st-6th graders is $590/week session with before care, extended care, lunch, and two snacks all included.

Full refunds will be issued for any cancellations occurring at least two months before the start date of camp.

• 50% refund for cancellations received more than one month prior to the start date of camp.
• NO REFUND for cancellations received less than one month before camp begins.
• Registration fees are non-transferable between participants.
• If the camp is canceled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• In the case of a natural disaster that affects our ability to host any session of camp, we will first search for an alternative host site. If no alternate sites can be found, we will issue full refunds.

Discounts/Indexed Tuition

Anyone who pays 25% or less on the tuition indexed scale (as determined by 23-24 school year or 24-25 enrollment contract), receives a 10% discount.

Welcome to Early Bird Care, starting at 8 am! This morning session offers a warm beginning to the camp day, with no advance registration needed. Just check in to camp and enjoy outdoor play options, structured free play, and an easy transition into our Movement, Makers, and Art programming.

Experience the enchantment of Park Day Summer Camp as children begin their day with our distinctive blend of Movement, Makers, and Arts classes. From exploring the fundamentals of various sports to engaging in inventive tinkering and artistic expression, Park Day Summer Camp offers a unique opportunity for kids to build skills, forge friendships, and create lasting memories. Each week, campers will partake in a rotation of these enriching activities, allowing them to explore the diverse facets of Movement, Maker, and Arts!

The adventure begins in the late afternoon! Campers are granted the freedom to choose their own adventure, exploring different offerings and engaging in unstructured play. This unique opportunity at the end of the day allows children to unwind, socialize, and immerse themselves in activities of their choice.

This convenient afternoon extended care session offers an easy transition for families with scheduling needs. With no advance registration required, let your kiddo stay with us for a blend of outdoor play options and structured activities, providing a smooth wind-down for students.

Rising Kindergarten Families: The week of July 8-12 includes a special camp for our rising Kindergartners at Happy Heron Camp. Register your child for this 9am – 12pm program and they will experience a taste of Kindergarten with the Park Day Kinder team!

Our program focuses on joyful learning and kindergarten readiness. Through engaging games, hands-on activities, and language-rich adventures, we nurture cognitive, social, and motor skills. In our supportive environment, your child will explore, express themselves, and build confidence.
