Park Day School uses the Ravenna platform to collect inquiries and manage the application process. Submit an inquiry form to send your information to Park Day School and register for a school tour or Open House. Submit an application, or register for student assessments and interviews through Ravenna.
Inquire, visit campus, and decide whether you’d like to apply! We accept kindergarten applications for children who will be turning five years of age by Sept 15, 2024.
Submit online application – due Jan 16 ($65 application fee prior to Dec 11; $100 thereafter)
Teacher Recommendation Form – due Jan 22 (delegate to your teacher through Ravenna)
Film & submit student Video Assessment – due Jan 31 (instructions will be released Dec, 2023)
Schedule Student Visit: Jan 24 or Feb 10
Schedule Parent Interview – multiple Zoom times available
Attend optional events including Affinity Group gatherings and parent socials – scheduled at various times Jan – March
Indexed Tuition applications are due Jan 16 and are an optional part of the application process

Park Day School is not accepting applications for 7th and 8th grades for the 2024-2025 school year.
