Home Application Checklist
Park Day School uses the Ravenna platform to collect inquiries and manage the application process. Tour registration is available on Ravenna or submit an inquiry form. Submit an application, and register for student assessments and interviews through Ravenna.
Confirm age eligibility – Transitional Kindergarten is open to students turning 4 by Sept. 1 in the year they enroll, and those turning 5 the summer prior.
Visit campus, and decide whether you’d like to apply!
Submit Preliminary Application – due Dec 4 for current families, and no later than Jan 19 for the wider community ($75 from Sept – Dec 7; $100 thereafter)
Submit Parent Guardian Statement Form – due Dec 7 for current families, and no later than Jan 22 for the wider community
Teacher Recommendation Form – due Jan 25 (delegate to your teacher through Ravenna)
Schedule Student Visit & Parent Interview: Dates available on Ravenna
Indexed Tuition applications are due through Clarity by Dec 4 for current families; Jan 19 for the wider community (optional)

Indexed Tuition applications are due through Clarity by Jan 19 and are an optional part of the application process
Park Day School is not accepting applications for 8th grade for the 2027-2028 school year.
