Kindergarten Readiness

Kindergarten is a time of discovery, growth, new friendships, and joyful learning. Students leave preschool with a range of experience, and Park Day’s Kindergarten program is set up to support almost-five and five-year-olds who are in many different stages of learning. At Park Day, we consider demonstrating self confidence, initiative, and self direction; recognizing group needs and behaving accordingly; following class routines, and showing flexibility, to be signs of Kindergarten readiness.
