Episode Four

In this Dia de Muertos edition of IYKMM, we speak with Middle School Spanish Teacher, Grecia Bloom, to learn about how her Mexicana roots inform her teaching practice, how she honors her ancestors and how she keeps her native home in her heart. We also interview 2nd grader, Djumi Sayyed, about how her Korean identity shapes the way she honors her elders and ancestors during the fall season.
